1. Organiser and duration of the competition
The competition is organised by Spectrumbrands Holding (hereinafter referred to as the “Organiser”). It begins in June 2026 and ends on 19 July 2026 at 23:59.
2. Participants and terms and conditions
All natural persons who are at least 18 years of age and employees of Spectrumbrands Holding and its subsidiaries are eligible to participate. Multiple entries are not permitted. By registering at https://spectrumbrands.wmkick.eu and thereby participating in the competition, the participant accepts these terms and conditions.
The terms “participants” and “winners” are to be understood as gender-neutral within the context of these terms and conditions.
3. Prizes
The following prizes will be drawn from among all competition participants:
1st place: Travel voucher worth USD 800
2nd place: Apple MacBook Neo
3rd place: Barbecue worth 500 USD
4. Conduct of the competition and determination of the winner
To take part in the prediction game, participants must submit a prediction before the respective match – but no later than kick-off. Points are automatically awarded for each prediction after the match has ended, which immediately affect the participant’s personal score. The rules for bonus questions and joker points are also taken into account. The winners are defined as the first five participants in the prediction game who have achieved the highest number of points.If several participants score the same number of points, the winner will be determined by the number of matches predicted correctly. If this number is also the same, the winner will be decided by drawing lots.
5. Administration of the competition
The prize cannot be paid out in cash, exchanged or transferred to other persons. Winners will be notified of their prize by email after the championship has ended, from 20 July 2026.
6. Warranty / Early termination / Exclusion from participation / Liability
Spectrumbrands Holding reserves the right to cancel or terminate the competition in whole or in part at any time, even without notice, if its proper conduct can no longer be guaranteed for technical, legal or other reasons. The organiser is entitled to exclude participants from the competition without notice if they do not meet the specified requirements, or if they manipulate or attempt to manipulate the competition, in particular the entry process, and/or breach these terms and conditions. There is no entitlement to the competition being held or to participation in it. The organiser shall be liable without limitation in cases of intent and gross negligence, as well as in the event of a culpable breach of material contractual obligations. In the event of a breach of material contractual obligations, liability shall be limited to typical, foreseeable damages. To the extent permitted by law, the organiser’s liability is otherwise excluded. Liability for damages resulting from injury to life, limb or health remains unaffected by this.
7. Data Protection Notice
Spectrumbrands Holding processes the personal data provided by participants solely for the purpose of running the competition and communicating with the winners. This data will not be passed on to third parties. Exceptions to this are service providers necessary for the conduct of the competition. These may be based in a third country outside the EEA. The provision of personal data is voluntary. However, participation in the competition is not possible without it.
8. Final provisions
Legal recourse is excluded. These terms and conditions and the entire legal relationship between the participants in the competition and the organiser are governed exclusively by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. For legal disputes arising from or in connection with this competition, the organiser’s registered office shall be the place of jurisdiction, insofar as this is permissible by law. Should any individual provisions of these terms and conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
